HS is characterized by the strong family history of anemia, jaundice, splenomegaly and cholelithiasis. Anesthetic Management of HS with liver dysfunction is very challenging since most of the anesthetic drugs are metabolized by the liver. Hereby, we report anesthetic management in a case of HS with splenomegaly and gall stones for elective splenectomy and cholecystectomy.}, URL ={https://journals.lww.com/mjdy/pages/default.aspx/article.asp?issn=0975-2870;year=2016;volume=9;issue=2;spage=267;epage=270;aulast=Khatavkar;t=6}, eprint ={https://journals.lww.com/mjdy/pages/default.aspx/article.asp?issn=0975-2870;year=2016;volume=9;issue=2;spage=267;epage=270;aulast=Khatavkar;t=6} }
