We report a case of a 35-year-old male with minimally pruritic papular eruptions over the genitalia. Histology of lesions revealed focal acantholysis with presence of dyskeratotic cells resembling corps ronds and grains. These clinical and histopathological findings were consistent with persistent papular acantholytic dyskeratosis, which is a rare disorder first described in 1984. We describe a rare case of persistent papular acantholysis over the male genitalia. |
