The first child required a suprapubic retrieval of the foreign body leading to increased morbidity and hospital stay. This is a rare occurrence, which has not been previously reported in pediatric surgical literature. We present these two cases with an aim to increase awareness among pediatric urologists regarding such an occurrence. ER -
