These lesions are generally recognized at birth or in early childhood. The most common location is the head and neck region. Lymphangioma of the epididymis is very unusual as its occurrence in the adult age group. The correct diagnosis is essential for proper management. We report an unusual case of epididymal lymphangioma in a 46-year-old male presenting as a painful retrotesticular mass.
