Figure 2a, b: Fundus Picture on follow-up after 2 months (Pseudo- Foster Kennedy Syndrome): The right optic nerve shows no disc edema but the optic disc pallor is evident at this time. Loss of the superior nerve fi ber layer can be seen. The left optic nerve shows signs of acute papilledema. Large fl ame shaped hemorrhages can be seen superiorly.
